Images of spatial order

Nowadays it is very difficult to identify the contemporary city as a whole. The city seems to be a vast ever-changing mass with no order within itself. We experience a city as a sequence of several images, and these images load themselves one on top of the other. The layers of images evolve through different scales of space and time, and it is almost impossible to capture them in a single, clear and defined conception. In order to capture the hidden and disappearing structures in the contemporary city, and by doing that recognizing the origin of changes in the existing order, it is inevitable to evolve the ability of thinking with the aid of images of spatial order.

By creating images of different layers and various elements of spatial order, it is possible to see the trends of the future development in the patterns of present spatial order. Images of spatial order allow one to perceive the inner laws of disorder in the growing complexity of the contemporary city.

Recognizing the patterns of existing spatial order and by supporting open options, allows us to generate different ideas for the new order. Visualization of spaces could encourage the revealing of the unconscious ideas to release the process of changes. Therefore planing a contemporary city means generating its images until they can become real objects.
